What do you need from me?
A build we can run, a test account if your app needs login, and one or two sentences describing the flow. For Android: your APK or Play Store listing works as-is. For iOS: we capture on Apple simulators, which need a simulator build — one command in your project (Expo: eas build --platform ios --profile preview --simulator; Xcode: build for "Any iOS Simulator Device" and zip the .app). We send exact instructions with your order confirmation.
My app requires an account with real data. Does that work?
Yes — this is the most common case. Provide a test account (ideally with some demo data) and the agent logs in and drives the app exactly like a user would. Credentials are used only for the capture session and deleted after delivery.
How is this Apple-compliant?
App previews must be 15–30 seconds, use footage captured from the app itself, match exact per-device resolutions, and avoid content Apple disallows. Our pipeline enforces every one of those rules before delivery — resolution, duration, and capture-source are validated automatically, and it's backed by the guarantee above.
What about Android / Google Play?
Fully supported. The same agent drives Android emulators, and Play Store video requirements (a YouTube-hosted landscape or portrait video) are included in the delivery notes.
Who owns the videos?
You do, outright. Use them in the store listing, ads, your website, anywhere. We may ask permission to feature the result as a sample — that's always opt-in.
What if I don't like the result?
Every order includes one revision round (different flow emphasis, new narration, pacing changes). If we can't get it right after that, you get a refund. We'd rather lose an order than ship a video you won't use.
